Traditional alpine restaurant (Haute-Savoie region)

The Domaine de la Caille’s restaurant welcomes connoisseurs to its inn located 15 kilometers from Annecy in the Haute-Savoie region. In this rural and quiet environment, you will enjoy your meal inside or on our terrace. The beautiful decoration is inspired by the mountains that surround us.

Our restaurant proposes regional and traditional products made locally in the Haute-Savoie by specialists. You will taste topside of ham smoked with juniper, produced by the firm ‘Salaisons artisanales de Savoie’ in Villaz, a small village located in the mountains above Annecy.

Home-made products are also proposed, such as this terrine cooked in the oven at 72°for 12 hours. Our menu highlights the vegetables grown in our garden to make fresh summer salads.

This mountain restaurant naturally offers famous alpine specialties such as ‘fondue, ‘raclette” and ‘tartiflette, but also cold-meat and pork products such as ‘diots’ (traditional local sausages).

Mushrooms, snails, quails, fish, ‘foie gras’… Our varied and traditional menus offer dishes that will more than satisfy your taste buds.

Children will enjoy their ‘P’tious menu’ which will fill their tummies after exciting outdoor activities.

Our Haute-Savoie restaurant can also welcome groups for corporate lunches or dinners, but also family meals. From 15 persons minimum, the menu can be decided on in advance with the organizers. More than 12 starters and 10 dishes are proposed to make up an original, traditional and varied menu. Appetizers and desserts will complement your choice.

In summer, the Domaine de la Caille’s restaurant located in the mountain region of the Haute-Savoie proposes musical evenings. In this way, guests can enjoy a local and traditional meal while listening to music.

Open every day in July and August.

Apart from this period, the restaurant is open every day except on Wednesdays and Sunday evenings.

The Domain’s greenhouses

The Domaine de la Caille’s restaurant insists, as far as possible, on elaborating recipes based on its own fresh and seasonal products grown in the Domain.

Our 2 greenhouses produce premium fruit and vegetables used to prepare seasonal dishes in our restaurant.
